Java Game Update

Originaly I was going to be using my character ben as the main player for my game and as such the game was called Ben's World Aventure. But as I have been following a tutorial to get the basic understanding of how to create a game. I was having problems implemnting my character and makeing him move thoughout the level. I think this was diue to the level map that I was using to create my java game. now that i have an understanding of where the error was I changed my character to a 30x30 pixal dragon. By using the dragon I could run the level smothly with no problems.

After days of not knowing what was going wrong with my game I was very happy when it was finaly working as I hope it would.

Melting Text

Today at university I did a 3D workshop. I have used the software Cinema 4D before in my first year for the mobile device unit. As I haven't used the software of a time we went back to basics. So I created some 3D text and made the text melt into nothing.

Gnomes Going Home

This week i am going to be starting my third and final year at winchester university. I will be starting to post things on my blog's again.

End of year show

As a part of my end of year show, I have to participate with a thing called pitch your project. This is where I will be give a presentation along with the stravel it team. I had the idea of creating a moving advert (animation) that we could show along side our presentation.  

Social media

This is my second 6 week project for this project we have been asked to create a social media page to promote either ourselves, work or a project for someone. for this project i am going to be promoting myself though my stop motion animation work.

Meet The Personal Trainers

Competition

This is my first project after my christmas break. I have teamed up with Bekka and we are going to be creating a Facebook app for a competition for the Department Of Health. At first I wanted to create either a stop motion animation or a computer animation but I could not find a competition that was suitable for me to do. So now I am working on creating an app and learning new software as I go.
